We are the only printing manufacturer that believes in their products enough to offer the printing industry’s ONLY Lifetime Warranty!

How it works:

First, register your products to activate your lifetime warranty (here).

Then, if your Key Print Co products ever become damaged, broken or unusable simply submit a warranty claim through our website (it’s easy). This does not apply to parts that should be replaced regularly from normal wear. Then we’ll generate a warranty claim number and email you shipping instructions to send the damaged product to our facility. 

Once it arrives we will fix or replace your damaged product and ship it back to you. In the event that we can’t fix or replace your product we will offer you a refund for the value of your product.

And that’s it! We design all of our products for durability to last for years and stand behind our work so you can keep doing yours.
